A new online home for Housing Europe

With its focus on providing public, cooperative and social housing, Housing Europe is committed to making the invisible visible.
karma.agency delivered an exciting revamped website that better reflects this important mission.
A complete renovation
Housing Europe wanted a website that reflected the essence of its mission. While they knew that this meant a new design, new navigation, and new features, they needed help turning this vision into action.
That’s where karma.agency came in.
Working closely with client’s communications team, we not only gave the site a fresh coat of paint, we also stripped it down and completely renovated its structure.
The result: a visually appealing, human-centric and extremely engaging online home for Housing Europe.
Making the Invisible Visible
To start, our team implemented a modern design that puts the focus on the many impactful projects supported by Housing Europe and showcasing the real-world initiatives happening across different countries.
Amongst the many exciting new features on the site are a map showcasing all members, the integration of innovations and best practices previously hosted on a separate site, or the categorisation of articles based on the various policies that govern the work of Housing Europe.
While these features certainly make the site more engaging, by keeping the spotlight on the issue, they also advance the client’s goal of making the invisible visible.
An Engaging User Experience
Besides a refreshed look and feel, the revamp also involved a complete overhaul of the site, starting from creating a new structure and including a merging of various menus, reorganising content, and implementing an intuitive, streamlined navigation.
Not only do these changes make finding information easier than ever, they also ensure an engaging user experience.

A Labour of Love
For karma.agency, this project was a labour of love – one that exemplifies the type of projects we specialise in: collaborating with European organisations working to have a positive impact on people and the planet.
Organisations like Housing Europe deserve a louder voice and a brighter spotlight – which is exactly what their new website delivers!
